Many of the island homes use all white and they feel sterile to me, which I don’t want. Have you used the satin? This color is a crisp, clean, and bright white. Right now, we have a medium gray flat color on our walls and it stains SO easily and is not really washable. This is a creamy more ivory white which is a timeless shade of white.

But in the Master bedroom I am using a dark gray Italian veneer panel across 1 wall and medium gray wall covering and Ben Moore Silver Bells 1458 on 2 walls. Both paint colors are very light and have a high LRV, White Dove being a tiny bit higher at 85.38. The floors will be tile that look like wood in beige and gray. I am trying to pick an off white for the exterior of my single story ranch style house with some brick siding, a brownish roof and dark bronze window frames. Comparing the light reflective values, White Dove is slightly closer to true white than Alabaster.
